Maersk, a global leader in integrated logistics, offers the Pathways of the Future Graduate Program in Italy. This 20-month initiative rotates across operations, customer service, sales and products, with online and on-the-job training designed to shape future professionals.

Starting in July and September 2026, the program targets new graduates with a degree in supply chain or related fields, who are fluent in Italian and English, mobile within Italy, and eager to accelerate careers through

Competenze

• Strong interest in logistics, supply chain, and global trade.
• Up to two years of work experience post-degree.
• Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written).
• Willing to be geographically mobile within Italy (locations vary).
• Legally entitled to work in Italy without sponsorship.
