Angove Partners a Milano sta lanciando una nuova funzione di credito europeo: entrerai in un team appena costituito e aiuterai a costruire una funzione di trading fin dall'inizio all'interno di un gestore globale già consolidato.

Il ruolo prevede di eseguire trades in leveraged loans e high yield, collaborare con broker e controparti, monitorare il mercato e contribuire allo sviluppo della piattaforma e delle relazioni nel settore.

Competenze

• Circa 2–6 anni di esperienza nel trading in leveraged loans, high yield o mercati del credito.
• Background buy side o sell side è benvenuto.
• Ottima comprensione dei meccanismi del mercato del credito e dell’esecuzione delle operazioni.

Mansioni

• Eseguire trades su leveraged loans, high yield e altri strumenti di credito.
• Lavorare con broker e controparti per assicurare liquidità e la migliore esecuzione.
• Monitorare prezzi di mercato, liquidità e flussi di trading nel mercato del credito.
• Mantenere registri di operazioni e supportare i processi di settlement e operativi.
• Costruire relazioni con sell-side desks e controparti sul mercato.
• Contribuire all'espansione della piattaforma credit europea.

About the client

Our client is a Global Asset Manager with a long established and highly successful US business, and total assets under management well in excess of $20bn. They are launching a European office based in Milan.

The Role

You will join a newly established European credit team from the outset. This is an opportunity to help build a trading function from the very start, inside an established and well resourced global manager, rather than join a desk that is already fully formed.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute trades across leveraged loans, high yield bonds and other credit instruments on behalf of the investment team.
• Work closely with brokers and counterparties to source liquidity and secure the best possible execution.
• Monitor market pricing, liquidity and trading flows across the credit market.
• Maintain accurate trade records and support settlement and operational processes.
• Build relationships with sell side desks and counterparties across the market.
• Contribute to the wider build out of the European credit platform as it grows.

About You

• Around 2-6 years of trading experience in leveraged loans, high yield bonds or broader credit markets.
• Buy side or sell side background both welcome.
• Strong understanding of credit market mechanics and trade execution.
• Comfortable working in a small, growing team and helping build processes from scratch.
