Job summary

Proclinical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support cutting-edge proteomics instruments across Italy, Switzerland & South France. You will install, maintain and repair complex lab systems on-site, diagnosing hardware, software and chemistry issues while minimizing downtime.

The role requires strongé grounding in optical, electrical and mechanical systems, plus a talent for root-cause analysis. Expect frequent travel and close collaboration with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A science/engineering degree (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• Solid grounding in optical, electrical & mechanical systems.
• A knack for root cause analysis.
• Bonus points: Mass Spec experience, CRM tools (Salesforce/ServiceMax), and Italian language skills.
