Generator Venice welcomes a Front Office Crew member to join our vibrant hostel team on the waterfront island of Giudecca in Venice. You will help ensure a seamless guest journey, deliver outstanding service, and know your city’s cafés, bars, and art so guests can explore like locals.

We offer a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts and opportunities for international travel within the Generator brand, plus staff benefits such as free nights, staff rates, and career development tools.

Competenze

• Experienced within a front office hospitality environment.
• Experienced working with a Property Management System.
• Flexible with regards to shifts available per week (mixture of morning and evening shifts)

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the guest journey to continuously raise the bar and deliver a Generator experience.
• Know your guests and show passion for independent travel.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and be part of a cohesive team.
