Confidential, a leading international luxury brand, is seeking a Project Manager to oversee a strategic brand governance initiative focused on brand guidelines, content standards, storytelling frameworks and reference materials across global teams.

You will coordinate stakeholders across brand, marketing, creative, digital, legal and regional teams to ensure governance, timely delivery and high-quality deliverables while managing external partners.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project management experience within luxury, fashion, lifestyle or premium brands.
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in content governance, brand guidelines, knowledge management.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and organizational skills.
• Fluent English and Italian.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of this strategic initiative.

The role will coordinate multiple stakeholders across brand, marketing, creative, digital, legal and regional teams, ensuring smooth execution, clear governance and timely delivery of all project milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the overall project plan, timeline and governance framework.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external contributors across multiple workstreams.
