This role involves headhunting top candidates across various sectors, including IT and corporate roles, under a No Cure, No Pay agreement. Ideal candidates should be result-oriented, autonomous, and fluent in English, with a strong background in technical recruiting. The position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work with a diverse, international team. Commitment to assigned projects is essential.

We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asiaand LATAM!

You willheadhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clausefor our open vacancies and get an attractivecommission scheme!

✅ Experience working with Government-related positions

✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)

✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
