We are looking for freelance recruiters to join our team for our open vacancies in Europe, Asiaand LATAM!
You willheadhunt the best qualified candidates under the No Cure, No Pay clausefor our open vacancies and get an attractivecommission scheme!

✅ English Language (Mandatory)
✅ Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge in Executive roles
✅ Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge in Corporate roles
✅ Motivation and technical recruiting / headhunting knowledge in IT & AI roles
✅ Experience working with Government-related positions
✅ Experience with setups for HRIS & ATS systems (e.g. Teamtailor, LinkedIn recruiter, Workday)
✅ HR diploma or related academic knowledge in terms of Headhunting and Talent Acquisition.
✅ Best practices and Ethics in HR & Headhunting
✅ Pragmatism
✅ Proactivity
✅ Tech savvy
