SCRL, a Stockholm-based tech company, is seeking a full-time freelance Creative Producer to run localized ad production in Southern EU (France, Italy, Spain). You will translate and adapt in-ad copy for your market, produce Meta ads from templates, and source UGC content.

You’ll also optimize creatives based on performance data and research local trends to craft market-native concepts. Based in France, Italy or Spain, you will work with a small team and oversee adapted copy for other markets.

Competenze

• Native-level French, Italian, or Spanish with English proficiency.

• Hands-on editing skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

The role

We are looking for a full-time freelance Creative Producer to run localized ad production in the Southern EU region (France, Italy, Spain).

Take concepts that already perform and make them land in your market:

• Translate and adapt in-ad copy from English into French, Italian and Spanish (hooks, on-screen text, captions, VO scripts), rewriting it for the market rather than translating word for word.
• Produce ads for Meta: swapping text captions, stills, a-rolls and export finished, spec-correct assets from our templates.
• Source your own raw material from UGC content creators: create briefs and handle the process from outreach to delivery.
• Experience optimizing creatives based on performance data.
• Conduct research on local trends, personas, messaging, barriers, triggers and competitor mapping.
• Create your own hypotheses for creative concepts.
• Stay updated on the latest AI-creative production tools & trends, and use them where they save real time.

Who We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in a creative or social media role in-house or freelance, as a Strategist, Producer, or Copywriter, ideally at an advertising agency, app, or SaaS company.
• Deep knowledge of trends and social media landscape in the Southern EU countries, to be able to adapt concepts to look genuinely native.
• Based in France, Italy or Spain.
• Native speaker of French, Italian or Spanish, plus working proficiency in English. You’ll write natively for your own market and oversee adapted copy for the other two, so knowledge of those languages is a strong plus.
• Experience with creating content for paid social with a clear focus on performance (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
• Hands-on editing skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects / Premiere especially).
• Experience with UGC & Influencer briefing and management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with little supervision.
• Clear communicator, capable of walking teammates and stakeholders through your thinking.
• A strong sense of what good looks like - you can tell quality, well-crafted content, and your own work reflects it.
