Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a financially seasoned professional to lead the monthly close for a multi-entity group. You will manage intercompany reconciliations, multi-currency accounting, and inventory-related costs across production, wholesale and retail stock.

The role requires hands-on experience with cloud accounting tools (Xero or QuickBooks Online) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, with fluency in English and Italian as a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a financial controller or finance manager.
• Hands-on experience in an inventory-based business (COGS, third-party logistics).
• Multi-entity and multi-currency experience, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Fluency with cloud accounting tools (Xero or QuickBooks Online) and strong Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent English; Italian is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close across the group, with clear cut-offs and intercompany balances reconciled first.
• Run payout reconciliations across entities and currencies.
• Own inventory valuation, landed costs and COGS for book print runs and retail stock.
• Build project and client profitability reporting for creative engagements.
• Deliver a clear monthly management pack with cash and liquidity forecasting to leadership.
