Job summary

Buccellati, the Italian jewellery maison now part of Richemont, is seeking a brilliant and tech‑savvy Financial Data Analyst Trainee to join our Milan HQ. You will support the FP&A team with advanced reporting, dashboards, and analytics to turn data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.

Bachelor/Master’s in Management Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Economics or related fields is required, with previous FP&A or data analysis internship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Previous FP&A or data analysis internship or experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI; SAP and Anaplan are a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A with data modeling and scenario analysis.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to monitor KPIs.
• Contribute to monthly/quarterly closing activities for data consistency.

We are looking for a brilliant and tech-savvyFinancialData Analyst Trainee to join our Milan HQ.

The Financial Data Analyst Traineewill support the FP&A team in ensuringaccuratefinancial and operational data management through advanced reporting, dashboarding, and analytics. Reporting directly to the Senior Manufacturing Controller,he/shewill contribute to transforming data into actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Do you match this profile?

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Data Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields.

• Previousexperience (or internship) in FP&A,DataAnalysis, or similar finance roles with strong exposure to data tools.

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerBI;experience with ERP systems (SAP) and planning tools (Anaplan) is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a structured and data-driven mindset.

• Ability to manage large datasets and extract business insights through data visualization and storytelling.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Italian is mandatory (spoken and written).

• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

What do we expect from you?

• Support financial planning and forecasting processes through data modeling and scenario analysis.

• Participate in monthly and quarterly closing activities, ensuring consistency across systems and data sources.

• Maintain,optimize, and develop dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Excel, etc.) tomonitorfinancial and operational KPIs.

• Deliver ad hoc and structured analysisleveragingdata science techniques toidentifytrends, anomalies, and opportunities.

• Contribute to the automation and digitalization of FP&A processes, improving efficiency and data accuracy.
