Buccellati in Milan (Via Brisa 5) seeks a highly motivated Accounting Specialist (temporary) to join the Finance team in a dynamic multinational environment. You will support core accounting activities and ensure accuracy and compliance with local GAAP and IFRS, contributing to timely financial reporting and operations.

The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience, a Bachelor's in Economics, strong Excel and SAP experience, and fluent English.

Competenze

• 2 years of accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field.
• Knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP ERP.
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and general ledger postings.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes according to ITA GAAP, IFRS and group policies.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Assist in the preparation of statutory financial statements and group reporting packages.
• Ensure compliance with local GAAP requirements while aligning with IFRS reporting standards.
• Support intercompany transactions and reconciliations across multiple international entities.
• Prepare and review VAT returns and assist with other indirect tax filings.
• Provide documentation and analysis to support internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation for audit trail purposes.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate governance policies.
