Job summary

Baker Hughes in Italy is seeking a Finance Specialist to support the Upgrades OTR finance team with planning, pacing and closing activities. The role focuses on implementing financial dashboards and replacing manual Excel reporting with Power BI, Copilot and SharePoint.

The position is fixed-term for 12 months and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance, strong systems experience with Excel, Power BI, SAP and Oracle, and fluency in English. Flexible working patterns are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
• Systems expertise with Excel, Power BI, SAP and Oracle; ability to navigate multiple digital platforms.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently while managing multiple deliverables.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Implementing Upgrades Financials Dashboards.
• Designing and implementing strategies to retire manual Excel reporting and digitalize dashboards into Power BI, Copilot, and SharePoint.
• Supporting OTR Regional Finance in closing and weekly QMI preparation, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Participating in cash forecasting, pacing and reporting activities.
• Monitoring Past Due balances to understand drivers and identify actions to improve the metric.
