Moneyfarm is seeking an FP&A Analyst to shape financial planning and reporting to support rapid growth. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and scalable processes. You will own month‑end reporting, build complex models, and steer the forecast cycle to inform decision‑making.

Competenze

• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 2–5 years of FP&A or Finance Controlling experience.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling abilities.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and present findings clearly.

• Own month-end reporting and forecasting cycle.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario planning.

As FP&A Analyst at Moneyfarm, you shape financial planning and reporting to support rapid growth. You’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver insights that drive profitability and scalable processes. • Deliver deep-dive analyses on business performance and provide actionable recommendations

• Act as a strategic finance partner to commercial teams with data‑driven insights
• Proactively identify and lead initiatives to automate tasks and scale the Finance function
• Support capital planning and monitor regulatory capital position with Finance and Risk teams
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• 2–5 years of FP&A or Finance Controlling experience
• Strategic thinking with strong attention to detail
• Strong financial and analytical modelling skills
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to interpret large data sets
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confidence presenting complex analyses to senior management
• Proactive and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment
