Liablix, a Bologna-based startup, is seeking a Founding Product Manager to shape the product roadmap end-to-end, from discovery to launch, alongside the founders.

You will work closely with insurers, adjusters, and repair shops to translate AI capabilities into user-friendly features for 3D reconstruction and damage analysis, shipping weekly.

This on-site role offers €45,000-€55,000 with equity, private health, a training budget, and potential future milestones as the company scales.

Competenze

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
• Insurtech/fintech/AI product experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to discuss APIs, model limitations, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven customer discovery skills and user-centric approach.
• Analytical and data-driven, able to decide with incomplete information.
• Extreme ownership and willingness to ship the right thing.

Mansioni

• Own the product roadmap end-to-end with the founders.
• Spend time with insurers, claims adjusters, and repair shops to understand workflows.
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly product features.
• Define and track key metrics: activation, claim-cycle time, fraud detection, NPS.
