Liablix SRL in Bologna, Italy, is seeking a Founder's Associate to join the founders as a hands-on operator across strategy, fundraising, hiring, and operations.

You'll build investor materials, run growth experiments, and help set up internal processes while owning recruiting and partnerships; a strong track record and Italian fluency are required.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate: the founders' right hand. One week you're building the fundraising data room, the next you're running a growth experiment, closing a hiring pipeline, or fixing operations. If you want to learn how to build a company by actually building one, this is the fastest way to do it.

What you'll do
