Tropico Security is seeking its first Founders' Associate to keep the machine running as the founders build the business. You will own core operations, from tax credits and timesheet compliance to data room management and finance ops, while laying the groundwork for scalable systems.

You are a self-starter with 12+ months in strategy consulting or a startup ops role, fluent in English and Italian, execution-focused, and ready to grow into a Chief of Staff.

Competenze

• 12+ months in strategy consulting (MBB or top boutiques) and/or an early-stage startup in ops/BizOps.
• Relentless on execution with attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into scalable systems and processes.

Mansioni

• Own early ops core: tax-credit, timesheet compliance, data room, CRM hygiene, invoicing, AP/AR, expenses.
• Lead people ops: onboarding, HR tooling, external counsel.
• Grow into Chief of Staff: cross-functional projects, reporting, OKRs, fundraising prep.
• Operate with ownership as a founder's associate to enable rapid growth.
