Job summary

Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, in Tuscany, is seeking a meticulous Commis de Rang to support our restaurant team in delivering seamless, high-end service.

Ideal candidates have experience in luxury hospitality, understand food and beverage service, and communicate in Italian and English. This seasonal contract role offers meals, staff facilities, and access to Belmond's Discovery program, alongside growth within our esteemed properties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or formal education in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service techniques.
• Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
• Polite demeanor, attention to detail, and neat personal appearance.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
