Job summary

Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, invites a Commis de Rang to join our refined restaurant team, supporting Chef de Rang in delivering seamless, high-end service within a luxury setting.

You will assist with table setup, mise-en-place, service of water and bread, and maintain pristine side-stations; fluency in Italian and English is required, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or formal education in luxury hospitality or upscale dining environments.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service techniques.
• Proactive attitude, strong desire to learn, and team-oriented mindset.
• Polite demeanor, attention to detail, and neat personal appearance.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
