Job summary

MotorK, based in Antwerp, seeks a Customer Success Manager to lead onboarding and ongoing client growth for automotive dealers. You will collaborate with Delivery, Sales, and Product teams to ensure successful adoption of MotorK tools and a strong digital strategy.

The role requires a mix of account management, SaaS experience, and multilingual communication (French, Dutch and English). Relocation to Belgium is provided, with a hybrid work pattern and field trips as needed.

Qualifications

Experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
Strong knowledge of the B2B automotive dealer sector and web technologies.
Project management mindset bridging business requirements and technical delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Fluency in French and English; native Flemish speaker.

Responsibilities

Own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live and align with dealer strategy.
Act as primary reference point for clients and manage cross-functional delivery teams.
Drive adoption, prevent churn, and upsell/cross-sell to meet revenue goals.
Track metrics and report on NPS, retention, and product usage.
