Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Italy SpA in Monfalcone is seeking a Fitter to fabricate metal parts and components using standardized production processes with strong quality control. You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and work on-site at the Monfalcone site.

The role requires a technical diploma or vocational qualification in mechanics and at least 7 years of experience as a Fitter in heavy steelworks, with proficiency in WPS and reading mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Align shells, heads and nozzles;
• Assemble components using equipment and hand tools;

• Assemble fabricated structures;
• Prepare joints for welding following the WPS;
• Operate in the CCR (Clean Condition Room);
• Comply with company procedures (safety, quality, risk and security).

About the role:

As a Fitter you will fabricate metal product parts and components with standardized production processes subject to quality control.

You will report to the Nuclear Fabrication Manager and be located in Monfalcone site.

Key Responsibilities:

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The gross base annual salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be €31.900 to €42.000.
