Job summary

Hill Robinson is seeking an experienced First Mate to join a 30m+ motor yacht operating in Private and light Charter itineraries, based in the Mediterranean with a seasonful schedule.

Must hold Master 200gt and be able to work unsupervised on deck while delivering superior guest service. Start date 9 November, with salary paid in Euros and 45 days leave.

• 2+ years of yachting experience and comfort working unsupervised on deck.
• Proven team player with strong communication skills.

Hill Robinson is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for an experienced First Mate to join a 30m+ Motor Yacht. The program runs Private and light Charter, with a Single Season itinerary/ Mediterranean based.

MUST hold: Master 200gt

Currently in Italy

Start date: 9th November

Package: Salary paid in Euros, 45 days leave

Itinerary: Summer Mediterranean / Winter Italy

Experience / attributes required:

• 2+ years of Yachting experience
• Confident in working unsupervised on Deck
• Excellent team-player
• Great communicator
• Experience working in delivering high-quality service. charter experience a plus

Qualifications required:

• STCW (fully updated)
• Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (mandatory)
• Seafarer's Medical Certificate (with 6 months+ validity)
• Master 200gt/ OOW 500 (Mandatory)
• Must be willing to undergo extensive background checks and pre-employment drug test.
