Job summary
EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups, backed by a strong network of founders and investors. You will directly be employed while building your venture, with access to up to €500k in funding and exclusive coaching from unicorn founders.
You will also join a bespoke development programme, receive hiring support from our network of 50,000 professionals, and work with seasoned entrepreneurs to reach product-market-fit and scale revenues to €100M+.
Qualifications
- Based in Europe or the Americas or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for your own startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication in English
Responsibilities
- Own, build, and run your startup in areas such as AI infrastructure
- Undertake an extensive personal development journey crafted by unicorn founders and a customised programme
- Receive support in hiring through our network of over 50,000 professionals and guidance from serial entrepreneurs
- Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for raising millions in funding
- Iterate your product to achieve product-market-fit and build a sales/marketing engine
