Vodafone Automotive is seeking a Financial Performance Controlling Lead to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making. The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and leading continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

You will leverage SAP/AS400 and advanced Excel skills to analyze data, influence decisions and optimize working capital in an

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering.
• Advanced English for reporting, presentations and business discussions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience within Automotive industry is a plus.
• Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
• Experience driving cost optimization, profitability improvement and Working Capital initiatives.

We are looking for a Financial Performance Controlling Lead to support Manufacturing, Supply Chain and cross-functional stakeholders in driving business performance, profitability and strategic decision-making.

The role acts as a trusted finance partner, providing proactive recommendations and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Experience within structured international organizations.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders and influence decisions across different organizational levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Economics, Finance or Management Engineering.
• Advanced English for reporting, presentations and business discussions.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and/or AS400.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to Have:

• Experience within the Automotive industry.
• Exposure to Manufacturing and Supply Chain finance environments.
