LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Financial Controller for a leading multinational manufacturing company, headquartered in Bolzano. The role includes supporting month-end closing, budgeting and planning, and analysing project financials to ensure profitability.

Relocation package provided and up to 2 days of smart working per week. The position is based at the Bolzano HQ with hybrid work options and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Advanced English level (B2).
• Experience in Financial Controlling, Auditing/Consulting, or cross-functional Finance roles.

Responsabilités

• Monitor profitability by market and product.
• Support month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and planning.
• Prepare and analyse project financials ensuring budget alignment.
• Monitor KPIs for project execution and assess deviations.
• Assist in Business Plans for tenders with data collection and reporting.
• Provide accurate financial analysis to support decisions.

For a leading multinational manufacturing company with an international, multi-plant organization, we are recruiting a Financial Controller to join the Headquarters in Bolzano.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring business profitability by market and product;
• Supporting month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting and business planning activities, with a particular focus on the analysis of commercial and financial performance;
• Preparing and analysing project financials, ensuring consistency with budget and profitability targets;
• Monitoring KPIs related to project execution, identifying deviations and assessing their financial impact;
• Supporting the preparation of Business Plans for new tenders, from data collection and financial analysis to the preparation of reporting packages for Senior Management;
• Providing accurate financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making and performance monitoring.

Your Profile

• Master University Degree in Economics, Finance, etc
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications with excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced level of English (B2)
• Previous experience in Financial Controlling, Auditing/Consulting, or cross-functional Finance roles with exposure to both accounting and controlling activities.
