Hitachi Energy Italy S.p.A. in Lodi is seeking a Financial Analyst and Trade Compliance Controlling Specialist to partner with Trade Compliance, aligning regulatory requirements with financial goals and operational performance.

You will monitor trade-related costs, support budgeting and forecasting, develop KPIs, and drive digitalization of trade processes while collaborating with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required in Finance/Controlling/Business Administration/Economics.
• 3–5 years of experience in Controlling, Finance business partnering, Trade Compliance or related areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), BI tools, and digitalization projects.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

• Act as the finance business partner for Trade Compliance activities.
• Monitor and analyze the financial impact of trade regulations on performance.
• Develop reporting and KPIs to measure Trade Compliance performance and support decision-making.
