Agoda in Rome is seeking a talented, results-oriented Project Manager to join the Finance team. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, drive finance-led process improvements, and ensure alignment with company goals across accounting, tax, operations and financial systems.

The role demands five+ years in finance project management, stakeholder influence, and a comfort with fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of Finance project management experience.
• Ideally with some tech industry / e-commerce background and finance operations experience.
• Extensive stakeholder management experience and ability to influence people.

Mansioni

• Project manage and implement company-wide strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize processes.
• Represent finance on cross-functional forums and ensure Finance requirements are incorporated into roadmaps.
• Ensure timely progress and milestones across workstreams and assist with UAT.
