FTI Consulting is seeking an Analyst Intern to join its Corporate Finance & Restructuring team for an 8-week internship starting in June 2027 and ending in August 2027. You will participate in project teams and work with clients on a range of engagements across financial and operational analysis.

The role offers exposure to market and company analysis, with hands-on modelling and reporting. Fluency in English and Italian is preferred, and a quantitative degree is strongly valued.

Competenze

• Must be available to work in an 8-week, full-time internship from 7 June 2027 – 6 August 2027.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline will be considered, though quantitative degrees are preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist in conducting market and company analyses to identify advisory opportunities.
• Support in financial and operational modelling to evaluate viability, liquidity and profitability.
• Contribute to reports, pitches, and client-ready deliverables.
• Support project teams with data gathering, benchmarking and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in developing business plans, turnaround strategies and implementation roadmaps.
• Participate in carve-out and integration planning and restructuring efforts.
