Zeeco designs and manufactures advanced combustion and environmental solutions and seeks a Finance Manager for its Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI). You will lead the accounting department, provide financial guidance to the MD and CFO, and support senior management decisions.

Responsibilities include producing European financial statements, managing audits, budgeting, cashflow, and ERP system improvements, in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent Italian and English are required.

• 8+ years of experience in finance management.
• Experience implementing financial or ERP software.
• Experience using Sage is desirable.
• Fluent in Italian and English.

It helps companies reduce emissions, improve operational efficiency, and meet environmental compliance requirements through products like burners, flare systems, and thermal oxidizers.

We are now seeking a Finance Manager to join our fantastic team at our Italian HQ in Cinisello Balsamo (MI).

The Finance Manager has responsibility for managing all aspects of the accounting department and performing a variety of activities to support the Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer and provide financial advice and support to help senior managers and executives make key decisions.

Responsibilities

• Management of and responsibility for the Finance department and its operations
• Production and review of financial statements for European entities
• Project revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC)
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance
• Financial analysis and commentary
• Review business performance with executive and senior management
• Production of annual budgets
• Manage financial audits
• Manage relationships with banks, external consultants and outsourced service providers
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk
• Implementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools

Qualifications

• Accounting qualification or degree
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar finance management role
• Experience implementing financial or ERP software
• Experience using Sage is desirable
• Experience in Percentage of Completion (POC) calculations
• IT literate (Microsoft Office), with Excellent Excel skills
• Leadership or management experience
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Confident and assertive
• Ability to prioritize and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
