NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a Finance leader to oversee the European finance operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management and compliance. The role collaborates with executives to drive performance and strategic decisions across the business.

The ideal candidate will oversee audits, manage relationships with banks and external advisors, and implement robust financial systems and controls to support growth in the European market.

• Management of and responsibility for the Finance department and its operations
• Production and review of financial statements for European entities
• Project revenue recognition by Percentage of Completion (POC)
• Ensure statutory and tax compliance
• Financial analysis and commentary
• Review business performance with executive and senior management
• Production of annual budgets
• Manage financial audits
• Manage relationships with banks, external consultants and outsourced service providers
• Cashflow forecasting and reporting, including foreign exchange risk
• Implementation, development and maintenance of financial systems and tools
• Review financial processes and implement improvement plans
• Deliver on special projects as required
