Qualifications

• Diploma di scuola superiore o Laurea in Economia, Finanza, Contabilità, Economia Aziendale o campi correlati.
• Buona conoscenza di MS Office, in particolare Excel e Pivot Tables.
• Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B2 o superiore).

Responsibilities

• Supporto ad attività di contabilità fornitori e contabilità clienti.
• Assistenza nell'elaborazione di fatture e registrazioni contabili.
• Registrazione dei pagamenti dei clienti e controllo delle cobranze.

What is your role?

We’re looking for a motivated Finance & Accounting Intern to join our Finance team in Barge (Cuneo, Italy). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across a variety of finance and accounting activities while working in a uniquely high-performing, inclusive and collaborative environment within a dynamic and international company.

Responsabilità essenziali

Your day in the life of a Finance & Accounting Intern at ITT

In this role, you will support the Finance team with the following responsibilities:

• Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Assisting with invoice processing and accounting registrations
• Recording customer payments
• Supporting credit collection activities
• Managing payment due dates and outstanding balances
• Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and Group policies
• Supporting daily accounting activities through SAP System
• Collaborating with colleagues across different functions on finance-related activities
• Providing operational support to the Finance team in day-to-day activities

• High school diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, with a particular focus on Excel and Pivot Tables
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken (B2 level or above)
• Proactive approach and strong willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Constructive and collaborative approach to problem solving
