Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial models using Excel and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ).
• Research companies, markets or geographies to understand industry features relevant to the project.
• Conduct financial reviews of companies, including margins, EBITDA normalization, working capital and cash flow analysis.
• Prepare supporting materials for litigation, valuation and financial due diligence reports.
• Summarize work in emails or memos, clearly presenting results and conclusions; ensure high quality final output.
