ASBIS cerca un Direttore Finanziario con esperienza nel settore retail per guidare la funzione finanziaria di un business consumer electronics a livello europeo.

La figura gestirà strategia, budgeting e finanza operativa, garantendo performance solide e controllo dei costi, con forte orientamento ai KPI e alle esigenze di crescita internazionale.

Competenze

• 5+ anni di esperienza in finanza, inclusa leadership.
• Esperienza in retail, elettronica di consumo, FMCG o distribuzione.
• Forte conoscenza IFRS, reporting statutario, audit e compliance fiscale, FP&A.
• Buona comprensione di KPI retail: margine lordo, sell‑through, turnover magazzino.
• Esperienza in contesto europeo multi‑paese è un plus.
• Mentalità strategica con approccio pratico.
• Buona conoscenza dell'inglese e forti doti comunicative.

Mansioni

• Guidare la strategia finanziaria e supportare la crescita in mercati europei.
• Gestire la performance P&L focalizzandosi su margini e redditività canale/categoria.
• Guidare budgeting, forecasting e processi di pianificazione finanziaria.
• Ottimizzare il working capital (inventario, flussi di cassa).
• Garantire e gestire facilities finanziarie per la crescita.
• Collaborare con i team commerciali su prezzi, promozioni ed espansione.
• Assicurare reporting IFRS accurato e solidi controlli interni.

About the position:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the finance function of our retail business (consumer electronics).

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy and support business growth across European markets
• Own P&L performance, with a focus on margins, channel and category profitability
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Optimize working capital (inventory, cash flow, stock efficiency)
• Secure and manage financing facilities to support business growth
• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, promotions, and expansion initiatives
• Ensure accurate reporting (IFRS) and strong internal controls

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in finance, including leadership roles
• Proven finance background in retail, consumer electronics, FMCG, or distribution
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, statutory reporting, audit, and tax compliance, combined with solid FP&A and commercial finance expertise
• Solid understanding of retail KPIs (gross margin, sell-through, inventory turnover)
• Experience in multi-country European environment is a plus
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication skills
