Job summary

Stfrancis is seeking a motivated finance/ accounting student for a full-time internship in Tuscany. You will assist the plant controlling team with cost center reporting, cash forecasting, and month-end closings, while supporting monthly business reporting and KPI distribution.

The role emphasizes analytical skills, structured work methods, and accuracy, with opportunities for renewal in Summer/Fall 2027. Excellent Excel and English are required, with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau preferred.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or within one year of graduation.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills required.
• Structured working approach to meet high-quality standards.
• Good attention to detail, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Good command of English.
• MS Power BI or Tableau knowledge preferred; SAP knowledge desirable.

• Support monthly business reporting focusing on reporting and analysis.
• Monitor and distribute key performance data and other reports as required.
• Support the business planning and forecasting process.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Individuals actively pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or within one year of graduation from such a program.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• A structured working approach to meet high-quality standards.
• Good attention to detail, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel for data management and report writing.
• Good command of the English language.
