Job summary

Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated and proactive Finance Analytics Intern to join the Manufacturing Finance department at our Sesto Fiorentino site. The six-month extracurricular internship offers the chance to develop technical and business skills in a dynamic, international environment, supporting Finance operations on site.

You will work on cost control, capital project analysis, and digital tools development, including Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering or Mathematics.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.

Responsibilities

Professional Services Tracking: Develop and maintain monitoring tools for service-related spending, and periodically update reports and datasets.
Cost Controlling for Capital Projects: Monitor project costs, carry out variance analysis, and support potential applications for public funding.
Capitalization Forms Process: Collect, organize, and verify the data needed for investment requests, and prepare documentation that supports managerial decision‑making.
Digital Tools and Power BI: Update existing reporting tools and support the design and implementation of new digital solutions (dashboards, automations, data models).
