Eli Lilly Italia is seeking a motivated Finance Analytics Intern to join the Manufacturing Finance team at the Sesto Fiorentino site. The six-month internship offers hands-on experience in cost analysis, capital project support, and digitization, with exposure to international teams.
You will develop technical and business skills while supporting on-site finance operations, using Power BI and advanced Excel to drive data-driven decisions in a dynamic, global environment.
Competenze
- Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or Mathematics.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Passion for digital technologies and AI.

- Develop and maintain monitoring tools for service-related spending.
- Monitor project costs, perform variance analysis, and explore public funding.
