A leading automation company in Italy seeks a detail-oriented Field Service Coordinator to manage the Italian team of field service engineers. Responsibilities include enhancing customer service, overseeing service tasks, and auditing work processes. Successful candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, strong leadership skills, and at least 3–4 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Italian and knowledge of English are required. This position demands excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.

Competenze

• 3/4 years of prior experience in Field Service Activities, preferably in automation or related fields.
• Strong industry knowledge and previous management experience may be advantageous.
• Italian as the primary language; English as an additional language is a plus.
