IQVIA is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in the Florence area to ensure optimal performance of radiology systems and build strong customer relationships. You will manage direct service activities, travel across Tuscany and Italy, and contribute to high-quality technical service within a dynamic, international environment.

Residence in Florence-Tuscany and fluent written English are preferred; a competitive salary with potential for performance-based bonuses is offered.

Competenze

• Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Good organizational skills and ability to be autonomous in working schedules and priority definition.
• High flexibility and collaborative approach.
• Residence/domicile in Florence-Tuscany; willingness to travel in Tuscany and across Italy.
• Good knowledge of English (written) preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Full availability to travel in Tuscany and throughout all the Italy territory;

TYPE OF CONTRACT

• National Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Contract Type: Staff Leasing with IQVIA;
• Salary Range orGross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below 41.369,73€ RAL. This position will also provide for a variable remuneration, awarded in accordance with the achievement of objectives and based on performance and in any case in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.

The salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria. Career progression and compensation review are based on transparent, objective criteria.
