IQVIA Italia, on behalf of Bayer, is seeking a Field Service Engineer based in Florence to join an international team in a dynamic environment. You will handle service requests, visit customers, prepare quotes, promote maintenance contracts, and support sales initiatives across Italy, with travel across Tuscany and Italy as required.

You will be responsible for visiting sites, maintaining radiology systems, coordinating with KAM, and ensuring quality and safety compliance while delivering value

Competenze

• Degree in Biomedical/Electronic/Informatic Engineering or equivalent.
• 4-6 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance.
• Customer oriented approach.
• Good organizational skills and ability to be autonomous in working schedules and priority definition.
• High flexibility and collaborative approach.
• Residence/domicile in Florence-Tuscany.
• Full availability to travel in Tuscany and throughout all the Italy territory.
• Good knowledge of English (especially written) is a preferred requirement.

As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring optimal performance of systems and devices, building strong relationships with customers, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality technical service.

Location: Tuscany; preferred residence: Florence area.

TYPE OF CONTRACT

• National Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry;
• Contract Type: Staff Leasing with IQVIA;
• Salary Range or Gross Annual Salary: The initial annual gross compensate role is not below 41.369,73€ RAL. This position will also provide for a variable remuneration, awarded in accordance with the achievement of objectives and based on performance and in any case in compliance with objective and gender-neutral criteria.

The salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria. Career progression and compensation review are based on transparent, objective criteria.
