Bright Renewables, part of HoSt Group, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Italy (Lombardy and Piedmont regions). You will work hands-on with biogas upgrading systems and CO2 recovery installations, ensuring safe, efficient operation on international projects across Europe.

We value practical engineering skills, independence, and a proactive approach. English proficiency is required, and some travel and overnight stays will be necessary as part of this role.

Qualifications

• A technical diploma or bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Experience with industrial installations, utilities, energy systems, oil & gas, water treatment or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• An English-language CV when applying.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on renewable energy installations.
• Commission and start-up new installations, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical, electrical, and process-related issues.
• Carry out FAT and SAT tests.
• Provide technical support to customers during plant operation and optimization.
• Supervise subcontractors during installation and commissioning activities.
• Participate in a rotating on-call service schedule.
