We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer (Emilia Romagna). Responsibilities include servicing, repairing, and installing products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnosing system failures and determining cost-effective solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary, and developing customer service agreements. The role involves responding to support calls within an assigned territory and demonstrating critical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, and empathy with customers and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a Technical Secondary School Diploma in biotech, electronics, or related fields; proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Italian.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
