You will implement production techniques, ensure high quality standards, and assume regional responsibility for a production area. The position offers a full-time contract with travel within production areas and growth opportunities in a dynamic

Competenze

• Residency in Piacenza area or willingness to relocate.
• Technical qualification in agriculture or related field.
• Strong agricultural knowledge, preferably with seed production experience.
• Fluent Italian and intermediate English skills.
• High degree of flexibility and willingness to travel within production areas.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise field activities and seasonal workers throughout the crop growth cycle.
• Implement new production techniques.
• Apply and maintain high quality control standards.
• Take regional responsibility for a dedicated production area.
• Support all activities related to vegetable and fodder beet seed production.
• Ensure production stability while maintaining marketable quality (germination and purity).
• Apply continuous improvement techniques.
