KWS Italia S.p.A. in Italy is seeking a Field Production Technician to support field activities across the crop growth cycle in Piacenza and Forlì. This is a full-time, fixed-term position with responsibilities spanning coordination of seasonal workers and quality control in seed production.

The candidate should have a technical agriculture qualification, strong knowledge of seed production, and fluency in Italian with intermediate English. Some travel within production areas is required.

• Effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving skills, results orientation, and a continuous improvement mindset

Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.
