KWS Italia S.p.A. is seeking a Field Production Technician based in Piacenza or Forlì to oversee field activities, coordinate seasonal workers, and ensure production aligns with quality standards throughout the crop cycle.

You will focus on applying best practices for seed production, maintaining germination and purity, and driving continuous improvement while being flexible to travel within production areas.

Employment under the Italian National Collective Bargaining Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio), with a salary range of €25,000 to €40,000 per year.
