Tokyo Electron Limited is looking for a Product Specialist in Vimercate, Italy, to provide high-level technical support to clients and field engineers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, managing technical reports, and leading escalation meetings.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in technical support for complex electromechanical equipment and strong communication skills in Italian and English. A competitive salary package is offered, starting from 38K to 44K depending on experience.
Competenze
- 5+ years' experience in technical support for complex electromechanical equipment.
- Experience ideally within the semiconductor industry or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and English.
Mansioni
- Provide high-level technical support to customers and engineers.
- Lead escalation meetings, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Manage technical reporting and create local procedures.
