Dana Incorporated is seeking a Field Support IT Analyst in Reggio Emilia to provide local desktop and network IT support, act as a liaison among stakeholders, and ensure alignment with Dana IT processes. The role includes incident handling, change coordination, and delivering IT services that minimize disruption to operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of IT experience, a relevant degree, ITIL certification, and strong communication skills to support the plant's needs and ongoing

Competenze

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred in a business/technical discipline, related vocational training, or related certification program or equivalent experience of 5+ years related professional experience.
• Experience: 2-4 years related professional experience.
• Language: English B2 is required; fluency in reading, writing and speaking is a plus.

Mansioni

• Ownership for all IT activities at the facility (Involved and engaged).
• Serve as Single Point of Contact for the Plant Manager and Plant Staff relative to all aspects of IT.
• Maintain a technology roadmap/plan to track compliance to current standards and 5S organization principles.
