Weatherford is seeking a Field Engineer to kick-start an engineering career on offshore and onshore rigs. You will work in the field, assemble equipment, analyse data, and solve problems with real-world impact, starting with guided training at global centers and progressing to increased responsibility at wellsites.

You will join a global leader in energy services, contribute to multiple product lines, and travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (any field) within the last 24 months.
• No more than 1 year of experience.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyse complex problems and think critically.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, deploy, and operate downhole tools to meet wellsite objectives.
• Use simulation software to design and optimise wellsite solutions.
• Analyse performance data and propose improvements.
• Coordinate equipment logistics and ensure proper rig-site setup and operation.
• Create post-job reports and share insights with clients and internal teams.
• Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement in operations.
• Provide frontline engineering support to customers during operations.
