Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for the products for which you are responsible and match these to the customers and applications present in your geographical region.
• Provide technical information and support to design engineers to achieve inclusion of your products on the BOM of the identified opportunities.
• Update the CRM system on new opportunities and design successes.

Objectives

• Identify opportunities for the products for which you are responsible and match these to the customers and applications present in your geographical region.

Main duties

• Keep informed about the customer base in your region and the Kyocera-AVX product portfolio.
• Analyze customer needs and support product design.
• Coordinate trials, samples, and customizations with the plants, as well as resolving issues.
• Provide technical (products & applications) support to OEMs and distribution customers.
• Monitor competitors for product improvement.
• Train sales teams and partners on technical topics to promote Kyocera-AVX products.
• Support sales and ensure design-win targets are met.

Requirements

• Education: University degree in engineering.
• Experience: Professional experience in technical sales / marketing, preferably related to electro-mechanical components.
• Language skills: Fluent in Italian and English.
• Attributes: Willingness to travel frequently (approx. 75%).
• Skills: Technical communication and leadership skills.
