SYSGO AG in Italy is seeking a Solutions Architect/FAE for Automotive, Transportation and Industrial Automation customers across Europe and the Middle East. You will be the technical interface to customers and internal teams, presenting and demonstrating solutions on site.

Responsibilities include delivering trainings for customers and partners, preparing ROM/DoW documentation, and contributing to pre-sales and marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electrical or Software Engineering with at least 5 years in embedded systems, software development, support, test or validation.
• Experienced with embedded system development (Linux/RTOS/Hypervisor/POSIX).
• Automotive, Transportation systems and/or Industrial Automation experience in intelligent or connected devices.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external contacts across multiple disciplines and at executive level.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Solutions Architect or FAE for Automotive, Transportation, Industrial Automation customers, mainly in Europe and Middle East.
• Technical interface and contact for customers and internal project teams.
• Customer site technical product and solution presentation and demonstration.
• Technical trainings for customers and partners including product set-up and installation.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare documentation including ROM and DoW.
• Prepare technical documentation for pre-sales, sales and marketing.
• Share customer feedback to support market segment strategy.
• Help prepare and participate at events like exhibitions and roadshows.
