FURLA Milano is seeking a store professional to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will build relationships with clients, demonstrate deep product knowledge and Brand history, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role demands leadership in a retail setting, fluency in English and Italian, and a flexible schedule including early openings and late closes. A third language is a plus for connecting with a diverse clientele.

Competenze

Availability to work flexible shifts, including opening (6 am) and closing hours (9pm).
Own transport and full mobility.
Fluent in English and Italian; a third language is a plus.
Retail leadership experience in a vertically integrated company.
Knowledge of the Markets is an asset.
Hands-on mindset.
Accessories experience is an important plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
