Job summary

Prada Group in Lombardia is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Miu Miu Business Analytics and Merchandising Planning team. You will analyze sales data, product performance and KPI trends to support cross-brand decisions across brands and categories.

You will develop reports and dashboards in Excel and Power BI, collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Production teams, and help translate data into strategic actions for the business.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Data Analysis roles.
• Strong knowledge of data analysis tools, particularly advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills with the ability to adapt the message to stakeholders.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data, product performance and KPIs across brands and categories, providing insights.
• Produce reports and dashboards to monitor trends and opportunities using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop budgets for brand licenses and monitor category performance.
• Provide analytical support to the Merchandising team through customized reporting.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product and Production teams to improve decision-making.
