Ipsos Doxa in Milano is offering an internship for a F2F Intern to support fieldwork management for quantitative market research. The ideal candidate will have a degree in economics or humanities, be proficient in Excel, and possess strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include interacting with and managing interviewers, preparing briefings, and tracking interview progress. The internship offers a structured learning journey, flexibility in work hours, and opportunities for professional growth.

Position

Milano – Stage – F2F INTERN

What you’ll do

• Support the Fieldwork Manager and the Team Operations across various operational phases of fieldwork for quantitative market research.
• Interact with interviewers and provide support in managing the network of field staff and interviewers on the ground, including recruiting new interviewers.
• Prepare materials, organise and support briefings for interviewers on how to conduct interviews (e.g. interview allocation, simulations, ad hoc methodologies, questionnaire content).
• Track interview progress quantitatively and/or via performance indicators.
• Assist the Fieldwork Manager with the use of specific management software (including the Ipsos I‑field platform) and coordinate with internal stakeholders (Data Processing, Market Researchers, etc.).
• Acquire basic skills in executing operational aspects of quantitative research projects.
